We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Developer to join our team at Compunnel Inc. as a Documentation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality project documentation, working closely with engineers, project managers, and other subject-matter-experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Identify, gather, and develop all relevant and necessary content for project documentation, including procedures, instructions, guides, and other end-user documentation.
  • Document Creation: Generate project documentation using MS Word and Adobe Acrobat, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Progress Tracking: Report and track your progress to project management on the completion of deliverables, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
  • Schedule Management: Manage your schedule to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure project task progress and completion.
  • Scope Management: Identify and pursue an expanding catalog of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associates' Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, with excellent communication and note-taking skills.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in assembling and coordinating technical final reporting documents, with a strong understanding of project documentation and content development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project, with experience working with technical and/or project teams.
  • Business Acumen: Familiarity with business operations, including project management, scheduling, and scope management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, including OSHA requirements, ANSI/ISA standards, EPA regulations, and US Commerce Department Export Control.
