Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business deals with local businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a competitive salary of **$75K - $100K+ annually**, plus uncapped commissions up to 30%.
At RTN, we provide a comprehensive training program to help you succeed in this role. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making high-volume calls and conducting in-person appointments to close deals. Our cutting-edge technology and sales process will give you the tools you need to thrive.
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- B2B outside sales experience
- Memoization of the RTN presentation (earns a $250 bonus)
- A general understanding of technology and its applications
- Strong closing skills
- Professional phone skills
- Reliable transportation and a driver's license
In return for your hard work, you can expect:
- Annual fixed incentive of $52K+
- Uncapped commissions up to 30%
- Weekly payroll with salary, gas allowance, and bonuses
