  • Supervise a team of production workers, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust staffing levels and equipment as needed to meet production goals.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operation of manufacturing processes and equipment, and resolve issues that may impact production.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control departments to ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing production experience is required.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience is required.
  • Plastics extrusion experience is highly preferred.
