Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Community Options, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and providing high-quality behavioral health services.

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency dedicated to providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. Our Positive Options division is the behavioral health arm of the organization, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Responsibilities:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting skill assessments, and providing support services to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a training program approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), and obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician within six months of employment. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
At Community Options, Inc., we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
