As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide essential support to patients and their loved ones during a challenging time. About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working with patients and their families in their homes or other care settings. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and as part of a collaborative team to provide personalized care and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and promoting comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide essential support to patients and their families in their homes or other care settings.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
