Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Thirteen or more years of experience in Life Sciences.

  • Proficient in ISO standards and compliance requirements.
  • Experienced in international technology transfer with an understanding of China NMPA laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Experience managing and maintaining comprehensive DHRs.
  • Expertise in medical device development and lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in leading product development projects.
  • Experience in remediation projects to address compliance and quality issues.
  • Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects.
  • Knowledge of sequencing technologies and their implementation.
  • Experience with flow cell technology and its applications.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in China.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining QMS.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills to drive team collaboration and decision-making.
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of projects and programs.

CompensationOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,090.85 yearly in our lowest geographic market up to $207,136.27 yearly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
