As a Clinical Research Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will oversee all aspects of assigned clinical trials involving patient and healthy subject populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will act as a liaison between functions, ensuring client requirements and specifications are communicated to the research teams and addressing any issues or questions raised by the research team or investigators.
Key Responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification
• Proven experience in clinical research, with a strong understanding of Phase I processes and clinical study operations
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and ICH GCP guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing study needs
• Strong consulting skills to act as a liaison between external and internal groups
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the research team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
