About the Role

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Neiman Marcus Group Careers, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience by designing and implementing visually appealing store environments. You will work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to bring the Neiman Marcus brand to life through magical and powerful storytelling with window displays and in-store activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all corporate directive strategies as delegated by the Visual Lead
  • Provide direction and help merchandise the selling floor placement, trend presentation with the Visual Manager and Sales Managers
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how visual activities increase sales
  • Ensure all visual initiatives align with the store and brand strategy by maintaining store signage, mannequins, furniture, artisan elements, floral displays, carpets, and other visual elements
  • Complete tasks and follows direction of Visual Leads to build all merchandising and visual displays
  • Maintain visual workroom and studio organization with a focus on safety
Requirements
  • Prior visual merchandising experience
  • Experience with visual merchandising, the art of window displays, and product placement
  • Demonstrate a natural passion for fashion and trends
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to carry up to 35 pounds
  • Flexible work schedule
