Job Title: Lead Line Cook

Working Hours: Monday - Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, providing you with weekends off.

As a unique establishment, we specialize in authentic Bangkok street food, offering a distinctive dining experience in the Santa Ynez Valley.

Job Overview:

The Lead Line Cook plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence, professionalism, and food safety. This position requires effective collaboration with team members and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all menu preparation and execution
• Prepare and plate dishes in a clean, safe, and timely manner
• Ensure food quality meets established standards
• Maintain an organized and sanitary work environment
• Implement proper food handling and storage procedures
• Safely operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• Conduct regular kitchen cleanings and inventory checks

Health and Safety Standards:

• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols as per health department regulations
• Follow guidelines for safe food handling and hygiene

Requirements:

• California Food Handler Card
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

• Involves standing and walking for the duration of the shift
• Requires physical tasks such as lifting and moving items
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus
