Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Access Control and CCTV Technician to join our team at Diverse Solutions Group Inc. in Downtown Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various security systems, including cameras, card readers, and security panels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with door alarms and IP and analog security systems
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customers and provide practical solutions
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance on alarm systems
  • Monitor live database of security devices for functionality
  • Manage inventory of service parts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of their security equipment
  • Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Perform other tasks as needed to ensure the success of the team
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of digital CCTV systems, including IP-based products and PC and network configurations
  • Previous experience in security installation, maintenance, or related fields
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools and ability to handle physical workload
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills for daily reports and customer interactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and have a strong understanding of MS Windows Office suite
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in CCTV and Access Control, with a focus on Lenel Access Control products and services
