Position Overview

CQ Partners is a dedicated Audiology practice committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals through improved hearing. Our goal is to inform and assist clients regarding hearing loss, the significance of early detection, and the latest advancements in hearing technology.

We are looking for an Audiology Assistant/Trainee who is eager to embark on a career in the hearing healthcare sector. Comprehensive training will be provided to achieve licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. This role is available in our practice locations, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support front office operations as required
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers on patient care and follow-up training
  • Assist in managing appointment closures within the practice management system
  • Facilitate follow-up communications with physicians on behalf of providers
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering hearing aids and supplies
  • Handle hearing aid orders, device repairs, and manufacturer returns
  • Provide assistance to patients regarding hearing aid setup and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with patients or clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other medical practice software
  • High School Diploma; an Associate's degree is advantageous
  • Experience in the industry is beneficial
  • Self-driven with a passion for helping patients with hearing loss
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
