About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our fitness programs to members and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members and guests, providing a warm and welcoming environment
  • Present our fitness programs and services to interested individuals, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our studio
  • Work closely with our trainers and staff to ensure seamless delivery of our fitness programs
  • Assist with membership sales and promotions, helping to drive studio growth and revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events, helping to promote our studio and programs to the wider community
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness and wellness, and a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
