Role Overview: As a Medicare Coverage Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting retirees in minimizing healthcare expenses and achieving financial security during their retirement years. This position operates on a commission basis, where you will deliver personalized service across various platforms, guiding clients toward optimal insurance coverage options. You will cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, providing continuous support and employing consultative selling strategies to attract new clientele. This role presents a fulfilling opportunity to positively influence individuals' lives while advancing your professional journey.

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely response to client inquiries via email and voicemail, ensuring contact is made within 24 hours.
  • Document all client interactions in AGENCYBLOC, addressing any issues or resolutions.
  • Professionally and courteously manage customer inquiries, questions, and concerns.
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and appropriate responses to all customer requests, ensuring total satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and cooperative demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Complete all required testing, including annual AHIP and carrier assessments.
  • Maintain your NJ Health Producer License and Continuing Education Credits, along with any other necessary state licenses.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding regarding healthcare and financial concerns.
  • Capable of explaining complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality concerning clients' personal information.
Experience and Education:
  • Preferred 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or healthcare advisory roles is advantageous.
  • Comfortable using multiple platforms simultaneously.
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Life and Health License is required.
