We deliver both inpatient and outpatient medical services across Southwest Michigan.
Scope of Work
The Registered Nurse (RN), operating under the ANA scope of practice, employs the nursing process framework to deliver professional nursing care. This includes integrating patient-family centered care principles to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and facilitate discharge.
The RN ensures high-quality patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Leader, adhering to Corewell Health policies and procedures, while acknowledging the influence of nursing care and patient/family collaboration on patient outcomes.
The RN collaborates with patients and families to incorporate their input and objectives into the care plan, devising educational strategies for patients and families, and accurately documenting education and learning in the health record.

Qualifications
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within five years
• Graduates from non-accredited nursing schools must have at least one year of acute care experience or two years in a licensed healthcare role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
Licensure
• Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program required
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days
Work Environment
This position is full-time with variable shifts, requiring 40 hours per week. Typical hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts.
