Job Title: Vice President, Market Access

At Option Care Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients and customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Market Access to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Vice President, Market Access will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive market access strategy to ensure expanded coverage decisions and access to Option Care services from key accounts in the assigned area/region. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, evaluating and implementing strategies for key partnerships, and collaborating with local colleagues to pull through access opportunities and overcome access barriers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market access strategy to ensure expanded coverage decisions and access to Option Care services from key accounts in the assigned area/region.
  • Evaluate and develop strategies for key partnerships with health plan subsidiaries and large employer groups.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews with key accounts, including the development of priority objectives, gathering marketing materials and data to support priority objectives, and aligning Option Care objectives with account objectives.
  • Work with area counterparts in operations and sales to ensure payer pull-through of opportunities, payer messaging for field teams, conduct market access education, and remove key barriers to access for the teams.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tools and collateral on payer messaging for various segments, as well as support in tools and resources for non-market access teams on access, including education.
  • Maintain ongoing account management of existing agreements and position Option Care as the leading choice for infusion services.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet the needs of the plan for value-based care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five (5) or more years of experience within the managed care space
  • Strong relationships with key health plans within the area/region assigned
  • Proven ability to develop and execute on a strategy
  • Proven ability to develop relationships at higher levels within accounts
