Project Manager

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships, manage sales, and oversee field labor to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Manage sales to oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sales, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Lead field labor to direct and coordinate field teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Represent the company with excellence, demonstrating strong judgment and discretion in all interactions.
- Passionate about construction, with a deep understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong leader, able to effectively manage teams and projects.
- Results-oriented, driving projects to completion, ensuring quality and profitability.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, design, and management of HVAC/plumbing/electrical projects from $50,000 to $25+ million.
- Ability to operate independently and autonomously.
- Demonstrate a corresponding high sense of integrity.
- Demonstrated experience/ability to develop new business.
- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities, employing strong organizational skills to respond successfully to a high volume of issues.

- The employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear.

- You are a responsible person with the ability to multi-task. You understand that regular & routine attendance is required.
Monday through Friday beginning between 6:00 am and 7:00 am and ending between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, with one hour for lunch. Eight hours per day is required, and occasional overtime may be necessary due to business needs.
TRAVELO - 5% of the time to and from the assigned office location to regional branch offices and/or to project/customer site(s).
Competitive Wages$100,000 to $150,000 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
