Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the strategic vision and implementation of groundbreaking product initiatives focused on microbiome and longevity solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze emerging trends and scientific advancements in microbiome research to uncover new product avenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market demands.
  • Manage all phases of product development, from initial design through to production.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
  • Engage with external collaborators to strengthen product development processes.
  • Leverage consumer insights to inform product development strategies.
  • Effectively oversee project budgets to meet strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a Ph.D. or MD in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a closely related discipline.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the health, wellness, or biotechnology industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including FDA standards.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
