Job Title: Clinical Coordinator, RN

About the Role:

The Clinical Coordinator, RN is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing oversight and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff during assigned shifts. This role assumes clinical responsibility for the specialty, providing orientation, teaching, clinical supervision, and evaluation of personnel assigned to the area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Assume clinical responsibility for the specialty, including orientation, teaching, and clinical supervision
  • Evaluate personnel assigned to the area
  • Support the medical care of patients under the direction of the Medical Staff

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred)
  • One year clinical experience in specialty required
  • One year experience as a Clinical Coordinator/Charge Nurse preferred
  • Current licensure in Texas as a registered Nurse
  • American Heart Association BLS required
  • ACLS certification preferred within the first year of hire
