Position Overview:

The Houston Marriott Westchase is seeking a Full-Time PM Restaurant Busser and Food Expediter. This dual role involves supporting the restaurant by clearing tables, resetting for new guests, and assisting with food delivery to both dining areas and guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and kitchen line.
  • Assist servers and bartenders in providing excellent customer service.
  • Deliver food orders accurately and promptly to guests' tables.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Work Schedule:

This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Shifts typically begin at 2:00 PM and may extend until midnight or later for special events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to assisting others.
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
