Position Overview:

Role Responsibilities:
As a technician, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our home services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering services across our primary categories: window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing, with potential tasks in gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning, and holiday lighting in select areas.
  • Utilizing materials efficiently and maintaining an adequate stock of cleaning supplies in the vehicle.
  • Ensuring the company vehicle and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and in optimal working condition.
  • Completing invoicing and payment processes.
  • Performing additional duties as necessary, which may involve cross-training in related roles.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A friendly demeanor and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in labor-intensive roles and comfort working at heights.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • A professional appearance and a willingness to learn.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to enjoy your work.

There is significant potential for immediate advancement to Lead Crew Member with increased compensation. We are actively seeking candidates for this position.

Compensation:
