Role Overview

As a Property Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to shape the strategic vision of our facilities team. Your role will involve:

  • Guiding the operations and maintenance teams to align with client objectives.
  • Overseeing property operations to enhance and protect the value of client assets.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure the highest quality of building services.

  • Managing third-party contractors to ensure efficient property management.
Client Relationship Management

You will serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction with our services is maintained. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with Client Managers and Operations teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement and executing improvement plans.
  • Creating reports and presentations for senior management to communicate performance and client satisfaction.
Employee Management

Fostering a culture of safety and collaboration is essential. You will:

  • Promote safe work practices and provide necessary training.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
  • Encourage diversity and inclusivity within the team.
Financial Management

In partnership with the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining operating budgets for properties.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit standards and producing accurate financial reports.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five to eight years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • Strong client relationship management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with building systems and CMMS tools.
