Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or multifamily housing preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and basic computer proficiency
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, and painting is essential
  • Certifications in plumbing, contracting, or building trades are advantageous
  • Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary
