About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clinical records, providing clerical and phone support, and ensuring timely and accurate processing and completion of records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain patient records and ensure documents are filed accurately and on a regular basis.
  • Audit patient discharge charts thoroughly and follow up to provide missing data on a consistent basis.
  • Provide clerical and phone support, including answering phone calls and taking accurate and complete phone messages.
  • Assist Medical Records Coordinator in the maintenance of employee files and ensure all employee filing/scanning is up to date and timely.
  • Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility with job responsibilities in all areas.
Requirements
  • High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • DME Experience and/or Two (2) Years Healthcare Experience preferred.
