About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Advisor to join our team at Camelback Subaru Volkswagen. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders and the flow of work in the Drive Lane, ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Concierge Support: Offer personalized support to customers, responding to their inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, maximizing revenue and efficiency.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing downtime.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to customers, answering questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Success: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring the Customer Success Index meets or exceeds company standards.
  • Administration: Oversee the administration of warranty claims, training, and supervising of the service department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
