The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Member Support Specialist to join our team at our Mission Bay office in San Francisco. As a key member of our front-line team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a seamless in-office experience, and representing our brand with pride.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver impeccable patient care through impeccable C-I-CARE (Communication, Intuition, Compassion, Awareness, Respect, and Empathy) in all interactions
  • Manage patient intake, same-day scheduling, and follow-up scheduling with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitor patient feedback, and assist with outreach as needed
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with team members and patients
  • Perform opening and closing duties, daily office upkeep, and maintain the look and feel of patient and employee-facing spaces
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven teams
  • A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
