Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative with AZUMA Appliance Leasing, you will be the initial contact for our current commercial customers and those interested in our products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist commercial customers in completing applications online and over the phone, informing them of product features and lease terms, and resolving any commercial customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, and implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problems as necessary.
  • Fulfill customer requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, and forwarding requests within call center metrics.
  • Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell and explaining new product lines.
  • Maintain call center database by entering complete and accurate information.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and teams within the company to ensure high-quality and timely expedition of customer requests.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Must be computer literate with familiarity in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Possess professional telephone technique.
  • Prior experience in a Call Center setting is helpful.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
