- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and research in occupational therapy, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching and professional development.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy practice or education.
- Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and a willingness to contribute to a culturally responsive learning environment.
- Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Experience in curriculum development, program evaluation, and accreditation processes.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in occupational therapy education and practice.
