Transportation Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Expert to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the preparation and execution of unit movement and deployment operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement transportation operations plans to ensure the safe and efficient movement of units and personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess operational deployment readiness requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on transportation operations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and commercial partners.
- 10+ years of experience in transportation operations, with a focus on unit movement and deployment.
- Experience with ATP 3-35, AR 525-93, FORSCOM 55-1, and ATP 5-2-1.
- Knowledge of the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES).
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Completion of an Air Load Planners (ALP) or ICODES Joint Air Load Planners (JALP) Course.
- Completion of Unit Movement Officer (UMO) Course.
- Experience as an air load planner.
- Experience with Airlift Integration Interface (A2I) for air load planning and validation.
- Knowledge of TC-AIMS II introduction, access, and functions.
- Completion of Army Transportation School TC-AIMS II Course.
- AMMO-62 Hazardous Material Certification.
