Position Overview:
Embrace and adhere to the principles of Integrated Pest Management (IPM), a sustainable method for controlling pests by integrating biological, cultural, physical, and chemical strategies to minimize risks to health, economy, and the environment.
Build and sustain customer relationships while delivering prompt and courteous pest control services across various locations.

Compensation:
Hourly wages range from $18 to $20, depending on experience and performance.
  • Bonus opportunities available

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections of client properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Advise clients on effective pest control methods tailored to their specific needs.
  • Safely apply all pest control substances in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Actively participate in the sales strategy for the territory by achieving personal sales targets:
    • Follow up with potential clients reached through various lead sources.
    • Renew contracts and upsell services to existing clients.
    • Request referrals from satisfied customers.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
    • Manage service sales through relationships with both residential and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with the Service/Operations Manager to ensure efficient scheduling of service routes and appointments.
  • Handle customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Report any safety issues or incidents to your supervisor.
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Service/Operations Manager.

Performance Expectations:
  • Work with the Service/Operations Manager to maintain and grow client relationships and revenue.
  • Organize daily work schedules for optimal time and resource management, ensuring priorities are set and deadlines met.
  • Assist in monitoring equipment controls through regular inspections and maintenance records.
  • Address customer complaints by investigating issues, proposing solutions, and preparing reports.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by attending workshops, reading industry publications, and networking with peers.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting colleagues and completing assigned tasks on time.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the pest control industry is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Must frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
