Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Support individuals with employment and education goals, including job coaching and skills training.
  • Encourage and facilitate community participation, including social activities and outings.
  • Monitor and report on individual progress, including successes and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other support staff and professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
