Position Overview

Lead Solutions Architect – CRM Innovations

Axxum Technologies is in search of two experienced Lead Solutions Architects to join our transformative initiative focused on enhancing our product management capabilities. This project is designed to significantly improve the way we provide technical support and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the design and deployment of CRM-based solutions.
  • Apply Agile and SCRUM methodologies to oversee and execute technical projects.
  • Manage the integration of Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical architecture documentation.
  • Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and address technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders to comprehend and fulfill their requirements.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
  • A minimum of five years of proven experience in a similar capacity, with projects of comparable scale and complexity, particularly in CRM-based solutions.
  • Expertise in Azure Data Services and Azure Integration Services.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Strong understanding of .NET full-stack development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Desirable Skills (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in Product Management and/or Health & Human Services projects.
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Knowledge of North52 and Delphix.
  • Prior experience in large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Certified ScrumMaster).
