Job DescriptionAs a Compassionate Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient satisfaction and safety by:
- Assisting with collection of data used for assessment of patients' conditions, including vital signs, weights, blood glucose monitoring, I&O, etc.
- Supporting patient hygiene, nutrition, and personal care needs, as well as patient-related tasks.
- Maintaining a safe environment for everyone, advocating for a culture of zero harm.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, supplemented by relevant work experience.
- A current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of clinical care experience, preferably as a CNA or PCT in a healthcare setting.
