Position Overview

As a Room Care Associate, your dedication to cleanliness and meticulous attention to detail will play a crucial role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring that every guest room is a haven of comfort and tranquility.
  • Thoroughly clean and organize guest accommodations, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
  • Identify and report any maintenance concerns or damages in guest rooms to facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Adhere to the hotel's cleanliness standards and policies in all designated areas.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of guest room essentials such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a pleasant stay.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on departmental needs.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
