About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Coordinator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Sports Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK/K-6th grade students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate students through engaging social-emotional learning and enrichment activities such as STEAM, music, and physical education.
  • Lead lessons designed to increase excitement about learning and promote academic achievement.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution to ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to provide a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with elementary and/or middle school students.
  • Ability to implement engaging lesson plans and maintain accuracy and organization in activities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
