Job Overview

A key role in our data center operations team, responsible for the execution of material logistics. This includes shipping/receiving, storage, distribution, and cycle counting of data center materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate logistics activities during shift assignments
  • Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the organization
  • Supervise and direct logistics personnel for assigned operations
  • Conduct regular reviews of team members' support of data center operations
  • Maintain accurate and timely inventory records and metrics
  • Assist in monthly and/or annual physical inventories and provide inventory reports
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with all operating systems in the work area

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card physical exam (US only)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Logistics-related certification(s)
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or related field; 6+ months in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and client service management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities

Physical Demands

May require up to 25% travel; may require extended periods on your feet; may require miles of walking per day throughout the Warehouse and/or Data Center
