We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Agent to join our team at Orion Fleet Intelligence. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our clients through exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate for client needs and issues cross-departmentally to drive continued value of Orion's products and services.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients to drive engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Ensure clients meet weekly and monthly metrics as it relates to assigned daily functions.
- Recognize and escalate matters when something is not right, and work to move clients to improved levels of performance.
- Onboard new accounts, including scheduling key meetings, creating reporting structures, adding vehicle information, and holding system training and coaching calls.
- Outreach to existing clients for additional coaching and unplugged devices.
- Complete routine account reviews based on account renewal dates.
- Document account activity and completed tasks in MyOrion.
- Answer technical support calls as needed.
- Handle incoming account requests, including device reassignments, new orders, returns, and creation of labels, report requests, training, etc.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer service, technical sales, consulting, and/or advisory, or account management.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Insurance experience is a significant plus.
- Project management experience is a plus.
This role operates in a professional office environment and requires occasional travel. The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reaching with hands and arms, climbing stairs, talking, or hearing. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
