Golden Ticket Cinemas is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. We value a dependable and skilled individual who recognizes the critical role that cleanliness and maintenance play in our cinema environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate both proactive and reactive problem-solving skills. Our goal is to maintain a pristine and well-organized atmosphere, and we expect our new Facility Maintenance Specialist to take full ownership of this responsibility.
Responsibilities of a Facility Maintenance Specialist:
  • Maintain floors through various cleaning methods (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
  • Collect and dispose of indoor waste
  • Service and restock restroom facilities
  • Clean glass surfaces, including windows and mirrors
  • Participate in security and safety measures (checking locks and electrical devices)
  • Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed
  • Notify management of necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain and care for cleaning tools and equipment
  • Request supplies for cleaning operations
  • Organize and implement pest control measures when required
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Proven experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
  • Knowledge of sanitation protocols
  • Ability to respond swiftly to situations
  • Strong communication and multitasking capabilities
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
