Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; advanced degrees or professional designations (CA, CPA, CMA, CGA) are preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years in a senior financial management role with a proven success record.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP.
  • Familiarity with automated financial reporting systems.
  • Understanding of federal and state financial regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and report preparation.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • High integrity and dependability with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Experience in a manufacturing context is advantageous.
