About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at ChildServe. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a critical role in the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs for children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals.
  • Provide direct care and support to children and families, including behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming.
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection, including treatment notes and progress reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or special education.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
