Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Supported Living Supervisor to join our team. As a Supported Living Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Supported Living programs, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Supported Living staff in providing individualized care and support to clients
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Conduct regular home visits and assessments to ensure the quality of care and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on program outcomes and client satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in social work or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supported living or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
