Position Summary:
The Senior Recruiter plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service throughout the recruitment process. Acting as a brand ambassador, this position collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top-tier talent. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive discussions with hiring leaders to clarify job specifications.
- Efficiently review applications received through the applicant tracking system.

- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify candidates in resume databases and networking platforms.

- Craft personalized value propositions for candidates based on their unique interests and situations.

- Evaluate candidates against job specifications and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with team dynamics. - Facilitating Offers:

Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered. - Experience:
