Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our team at Tillster, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial contracts that align with our global business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor, partner, and customer agreements.
  • Work closely with internal business executives and leaders to understand business needs and align contracts accordingly.
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail while ensuring all contracts comply with U.S. and international legal requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with international teams and manage contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide ongoing support and counsel on contract-related matters, ensuring business objectives are met.
  • Stay current on industry trends and apply them in the contract drafting process.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience drafting commercial contracts, preferably in technology and e-commerce.
  • International contract drafting experience is a must.
  • Experience working with enterprise-scale vendors, partners, and customers.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to form effective relationships with executives and business leaders.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Must reside within a commutable distance to our Los Angeles or San Diego offices.
  • Committed to work onsite as business needs demand.
