  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Foster and maintain repeat clientele through attentive service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep the sales floor and merchandise organized, tidy, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in receiving, tagging, and displaying new products as directed.
  • Support the entry of purchase orders into the retail management system as needed.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • Follow all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory assessments.
  • Execute all necessary register functions accurately.
  • Adhere to the assigned work schedule, including attendance requirements.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities as directed by management.
  • Ensure accurate financial transactions and record-keeping.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all recreational offerings to assist guests effectively.
  • Comply with departmental policies and service standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, regardless of the time of day.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Process activity charges to guest accounts as necessary.
  • Maintain a library of resources for guest reference.
  • Assist guests with maps and directions.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services to ensure accurate reservations.
  • Distribute activity information to guests and promote recreational programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the use of financial resources.
  • Engage in continuous training and support the development of fellow associates.
  • Evaluate and enhance operational processes regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in operating computer systems and sales register equipment.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience and Education:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Preferred background in retail operations with a track record of effective performance.

Compensation:

Base Pay Start Rate: $18.50/Hr.
