Atrium Health is seeking highly skilled nurses to join our team, delivering exceptional care to patients in ambulatory settings.

Job Summary

This position involves providing professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical and communication skills to coordinate care delivery and promote health and safety.

Essential Functions
  • Analyzes assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues.
  • Develops a plan that prescribes strategies to attain expected, measurable outcomes.
  • Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
Education and Experience

A graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing is required, with BSN preferred. Pediatric, orthopedic, or surgery experience is highly valued. Current RN licensure in the state of residence is also mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 based on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
