Job Overview

The Registered Nurse will collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death. You will utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a valid RN license. Previous experience in ambulatory care is preferred. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more, you may need to complete a Board-approved refresher course before reactivating or reinstating your license.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include tuition reimbursement, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
