Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Ambulatory Care Unit at Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. As a Registered Nurse, you will serve as a leader of the healthcare team by establishing authentic relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required
  • One year of relevant experience preferred
