Job Title: Site Manager

Huntsman International LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Freeport, Texas. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver safe and reliable plant performance, high-quality products, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 60-75 employees and contractors to achieve site and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve issues.
  • Manage relationships with critical third-party vendors, including Dow and Corteva.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of achievement and delivery of results from the site team.
  • Directly accountable for the development of the annual budget proposals for indirect costs and monitoring and adjustment to meet the budget commitments throughout the year.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of related experience in the chemical or petroleum industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Process Safety and ability to assess future production requirements.
  • Ability to work with and direct a variety of styles, personalities, ages, and values.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
