Senior Direct Support Professional

At Access, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Senior Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, empowering them to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and health maintenance.
- Support individuals in developing independent living skills, such as money management, community integration, and social skills.
- Encourage and provide advocacy for the individuals you support.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in direct support services or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
