Job Title: Direct Support Professional Supervisor

Coarc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Support Professional Supervisor to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our designated program location and ensuring appropriate staff coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the development of staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct routine meetings with program staff to discuss issues, concerns, and updates on Agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper use of individuals' funds and provide instruction in financial matters to staff as necessary.
  • Assess the needs of individuals and advise the Supervisor/Nursing staff of any unmet needs.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Direct Support Professionals, coordinating and reviewing employee actions with the Supervisor and program management staff.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year's experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Exceptional written, communication, and computer skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to be certified in all required trainings.
