Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and organize products according to specific job orders.
  • Securely package items on pallets using appropriate materials such as banding, spacers, and shrink wrap.
Required Qualifications:
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor, and a readiness to learn various tasks.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds independently and up to 80 pounds with assistance.
  • Proficient in understanding and executing both written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively to meet order fulfillment requirements.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour for 1st Shift, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. The work environment is moderate-paced, and safety glasses are required. Candidates must successfully complete a drug screening and be willing to work overtime as needed.

Upon transitioning to permanent employment, staff members will have access to benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and potential weekly bonuses.
